Ace Rewards Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
The Birdiecard Ace Rewards program is open to registered Birdiecard users who are of legal age in their jurisdiction of residence. The Ace must occur during a round recorded in the Birdiecard app.
2. How to submit an Ace
Tap the Ace button from the scorecard, complete the Ace Card details, and submit for verification through the Verify My Ace flow. Submissions must be made by the player who made the Ace.
3. Verification requirements
Each submission is reviewed against the information provided. Birdiecard may request additional evidence before a status is confirmed. Verification is at Birdiecard's sole discretion.
4. Witnesses and supporting evidence
At least one witness should be provided where available. Supporting photo, video, scorecard, or other evidence may be requested. Witness contact details are kept private.
5. Available rewards
Rewards, if any, vary by promotion, region, and availability. Birdiecard may offer rewards at its discretion and may change available rewards at any time.
6. No guaranteed reward
Submitting an Ace does not guarantee a reward. Eligibility, verification, rewards, geographic restrictions, and claim periods are governed by these Terms.
7. Geographic and age restrictions
Some promotions may be limited by jurisdiction or age. It is the player's responsibility to ensure participation is lawful where they reside.
8. Submission and claim deadlines
Submissions and any reward claims must be made within the published deadlines. Late submissions or claims may not be accepted.
9. Duplicate, incomplete, or fraudulent submissions
Only one Ace may be submitted per player, round, and hole. Incomplete, duplicate, or fraudulent submissions may be rejected and may result in disqualification from the program.
10. Publicity and permission to share Ace Cards
By submitting, you grant Birdiecard permission to share your Ace Card (player name, course, hole, distance, club, date, and Ace ID) publicly. Witness details and evidence will not be shared.
11. Privacy and handling of uploaded evidence
Uploaded evidence and witness information are stored privately and used only for verification. See the Birdiecard Privacy Policy for details.
12. Reward substitutions and availability
Birdiecard may substitute a reward of equal or greater value. Rewards are subject to availability and may not be exchangeable for cash unless required by law.
13. Disqualification
Birdiecard may disqualify any submission or participant for breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or providing false information.
14. Changes to or cancellation of the program
Birdiecard may modify, suspend, or cancel the Ace Rewards program at any time, for any reason, without notice.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birdiecard's liability in connection with the Ace Rewards program is limited to the value of the reward offered, if any.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Birdiecard's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
